Enrolment

gallery/Music Form.pdfTo simplify enrollment for parents, we've created an accessible online enrollment system. To complete the process, please follow these steps before filling out the online form:

 

1. Download and complete the Declaration Form – This form needs to be filled out with accurate details as part of the enrollment process.

 

2. Download and Complete the Music Program Form – The music program is compulsory for all learners. Please download, fill out, and upload this form along with the declaration form.

 

3. Pay the Enrollment Fee – A non-refundable enrollment fee of R300 is required. This payment must be made before submitting the online form.

 

Additionally, parents must upload the following documents:

 

  • Proof of payment for the Enrollment Fee (R300).

  • Child's Birth Certificate

  • Clinic Card

  • ID-sized Photo

  • ID copy of the parent or legal guardian

 

Once the declaration form is completed, the payments are made, and the supporting documents are ready, parents can proceed to fill out the online enrollment form.

 

Parents who prefer a hard copy of the enrolment form, we are happy to accommodate this request. Parents can simply reach out to us at the day care to obtain a physical form.

 

Fee Structure


To accommodate the diverse needs of families, Precious Jewels Day Care offers three different payment options:

 

1. Monthly Payment Plan:

  • R2,250 for children aged 1-3 years

  • R2,190 for children aged 4-6 years

 

2. Quarterly Payment Plan:

  • R6187.50 for children aged 1-3 years. 

  • R6022.50 for children aged 4-6 years. 


3. Annual Payment Plan:

  • R24750 for children aged 1-3 years

  • R24090 for children aged 4-6 years
